Ashley Sun Littlefield offers a thoughtful, strategic, and client-centered approach to real estate, shaped by over 15 years of corporate hospitality experience and a genuine passion for helping others.

Born in Taipei, growing up by the beaches of Santa Monica, and now raising her own family in San Gabriel Valley, Ashley understands the unique charm of each Los Angeles neighborhood.  A proud UCLA graduate, she combines local knowledge with global perspective.  Her cross-cultural background and English and Mandarin fluency allow her to connect with people from all walks of life, creating an experience that feels both seamless and personal.

Prior to Real Estate, Ashley excelled in the hospitality industry, most recently as Account Director managing contracts and relationships with Fortune 500 companies.  She was a top producer in the industry for over a decade.  Known for her authenticity, professionalism, and commitment to exceptional service, Ashley focuses on delivering a smooth and successful experience.

After taking time to focus on family, Ashley continued her community involvement as a PTA Executive Board member and Girl Scout Troop Leader.  It was during this time she realized she could merge her hospitality heart with her love for making deals, leading her to real estate.

Today, her career bridges love of helping others with proven corporate expertise—giving her the tools to advocate effectively and guide clients through every step of their real estate journey.

When not championing her community and clients, Ashley enjoys a good cup of coffee (or tea), Pilates, getting lost in a book, spending time and traveling with her family, perusing open houses, and trying her hand at gardening.
